June Meeting
The program will presented by Rosemary and Ken Patterson, long time owners and operators of Auditory Assistants of Escondido. Rosemary was instrumental in starting our HLA chapter 23 years ago. The Patterson's will speak on what is new in hearing aids, fact or fiction.
May Meeting
The program was to be presented by Capt. Ken Slaven of the Escondido Fire Department. He was to speak about preparedness for the big earthquake that we have not had in recent history. We had a slight foretaste of it on Easter Sunday with the quake in Baja California, that was strongly felt here. Capt. Slaven did not appear at the meeting. Attendance is traditionally poor on Mother's Day weekend and so it was at the May meeting.
